Manual
Tested the early production model of this optic and I'm very impressed. It's a MUCH better unit than the GPS215.
The size is very compact and the touchscreen is very handy and intuitive. Having the ability to dim the screen is very helpful for night use and is very clear even without wearing glasses. The image quality is very good for the size of the sensor & screen.
I'm not sold on pistol use given the battery life and lack of a "shake awake" setting but the sleep function is very responsive.
This is an excellent optic for rifle use as a red dot replacement, flip up thermal with a red dot or as a "piggy back" on top of a magnified optic or with the 45 degree offset. Run time can be extended by running an external USB power supply.
Given the size and price point this is an excellent option for those looking to get into thermals for airsoft.
Goyojo continues to offer exceptional "bang for the buck" value with their product lines and the GPS213 is my favorite so far.
I've shown this unit to a couple dozen people and they've all been very impressed. Very happy to see this unit reach production release. Looking to pick up another one.
